For Time:


  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Clean and Press (10 each arm)
  • 10 Turkish Get-ups (5 each side)

Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Note: Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each movement, especially during the Turkish Get-ups. Scale weight as needed to maintain intensity.
