Tabata Weightlifting Kettlebell

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 Rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    1. Kettlebell Swings
    2. Kettlebell Goblet Squats
    3. Kettlebell Deadlifts
    4. Kettlebell Russian Twists

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.


Notes: Focus on quality movement and maintaining a steady pace throughout each round. Adjust the weight as needed to ensure proper form.
