Tabata Weightlifting KettlebellTabata Workout:
- 8 Rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
- Kettlebell Swings
- Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- Kettlebell Deadlifts
- Kettlebell Russian Twists
