Chipper Skill KettlebellFor Time:
- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Goblet Squats
- 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
- 20 Turkish Get-ups (10 each arm)
- 10 Kettlebell Clean and Press (5 each arm)
Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Instructions: Perform all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Focus on proper form and technique, especially for the Turkish Get-ups. Make sure to choose an appropriate kettlebell weight that is challenging but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
