AMRAP Strength Kettlebell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Kettlebell Swings
- 10 Goblet Squats
- 10 Kettlebell Lunges (5 per leg)
- 5 Kettlebell Push Press (per arm)


Kettlebell Weight: Men: 24kg / Women: 16kg


Notes: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury. Focus on breathing and pacing yourself to sustain intensity.
