Tabata Weightlifting Kettlebell

Tabata:
- Alternating Kettlebell Snatches
- Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- Kettlebell Swings
- Kettlebell Russian Twists


Equipment:
- 1 Kettlebell per athlete
Tabata Structure:
- 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds per movement


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Keep track of your total reps for each movement throughout the workout.
