Tabata Weightlifting KettlebellTabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Kettlebell Swings
- 10 seconds of rest
Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire workout.
Instructions:
Perform as many Kettlebell Swings as possible in the 20-second work intervals, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
Note:
Focus on hip hinge movement and engaging your glutes and hamstrings to power the Kettlebell Swings. Keep a strong core throughout the workout.
