AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (5 each arm)
  • 10 Burpees over the Kettlebell

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg


Skill Focus: Focus on proper form and technique for each kettlebell movement to maximize efficiency and prevent injury.
