- 40 Goblet Squats
- 30 Kettlebell Snatches (alternating arms)
- 20 Kettlebell Lunges (each leg)
- 10 Turkish Get-ups (each side)
Kettlebell Weight: Men - 24kg, Women - 16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
