AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
  • 10 Kettlebell Lunges (each leg)

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg


Notes: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
