  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups
  • 10 Kettlebell Clean and Jerks

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the workout
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
