EMOM Skill KettlebellEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings
- Even Minutes: 5 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (alternating arms)
Kettlebell Weight: Men: 24kg / Women: 16kg
Notes: Perform the prescribed reps at the start of each minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. Make sure to focus on proper form, especially during the Turkish Get-ups. Adjust kettlebell weight as needed to maintain good technique throughout the workout.
