Tabata Skill Kettlebell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each of the following movements:
    • Kettlebell swings
    • Kettlebell goblet squats
    • Kettlebell Russian twists
    • Kettlebell push press

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the entire workout.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each movement.


Notes: Focus on maintaining good form and maximizing your effort during the work intervals. Adjust the weight as needed to ensure proper technique.
