  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-Ups (10 each side)

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
