Tabata Weightlifting Kettlebell

Tabata Style:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Kettlebell Swings
    • 10 seconds of rest

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout all rounds.


Instructions: Perform as many Kettlebell Swings as possible in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. The goal is to push yourself during each work interval while maintaining proper technique.
