  • 30 Kettlebell Lunges (each leg)
  • 20 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
  • 10 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups

Kettlebell Weight: Men (24kg), Women (16kg)
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
