EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings + 5 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • Even minutes: 5 Kettlebell Clean and Press (each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg


Notes: Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement. Rest the remainder of each minute if needed. Keep a steady pace to complete all reps within the minute.
