EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • Even minutes: 8 Kettlebell Goblet Squats

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg


Notes: Perform the prescribed reps at the top of each minute, resting for the remainder of the minute. The goal is to maintain consistent intensity throughout the 20-minute EMOM. Adjust kettlebell weight as needed to maintain good form and intensity.
