AMRAP Weightlifting Kettlebell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
  • 10 Russian Twists (with kettlebell)

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Switch arms for the Kettlebell Snatches each round. Keep good form throughout to prevent injury. Have fun and push yourself to your limits!
