- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
- 20 Kettlebell Clean and Jerks (10 each arm)
- 10 Turkish Get-ups (5 each arm)
Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
