  • 21 Kettlebell Swings
  • 15 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 9 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
  • 15 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 21 Kettlebell Swings

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg
Time Cap: 10 Minutes


Instructions: Complete the prescribed number of reps for each exercise in order for time. Make sure to switch arms for the Kettlebell Snatches to ensure balance. Aim for unbroken sets to push your limits.
