Rounds-for-Time Skill Kettlebell

For Time:


  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Push Press
  • 10 Turkish Get-ups (5 each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets but is still difficult.


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. The Turkish Get-ups are to be done with precision and control, focusing on form over speed.
