  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-Ups (10 each side)

Kettlebell Weight: Men - 53lb, Women - 35lb
Time Cap: 12 Minutes
