  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Clean and Press (each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
