For Time Weightlifting KettlebellFor Time:
- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
- 20 Kettlebell Clean and Jerks
- 10 Turkish Get-Ups (5 each side)
Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the workout.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Instructions: Make sure to focus on proper form with each kettlebell movement to prevent injury. Rest as needed between sets, but push yourself to complete the workout as quickly as possible.
