  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (10 each arm)
  • 10 Kettlebell Overhead Lunges (5 each leg)

Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each movement in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next. Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Be sure to switch arms for unilateral movements like the snatches and Turkish get-ups.
