AMRAP Weightlifting KettlebellAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Kettlebell Swings
- 10 Goblet Squats
- 10 Kettlebell Snatches (5 each arm)
- 10 Kettlebell Lunges (5 each leg)
Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Keep good form throughout to prevent injury.
