  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (10 each arm)
  • 10 Kettlebell Clean and Jerks

Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete the prescribed reps of each movement in order as fast as possible. Remember to maintain proper form throughout each movement to prevent injury.
