  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups
  • 10 Kettlebell Thrusters

Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Choose a challenging weight for the kettlebell that allows you to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Focus on explosive hip power for the swings and snatches, and keep a steady pace for the squats and thrusters. Be mindful of your shoulder stability during the Turkish Get-ups.
