EMOM Weightlifting KettlebellEMOM for 15 Minutes:
- 5 Kettlebell Swings
- 5 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- 5 Kettlebell Push Presses
Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
Instructions: Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute, resting for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 15 minutes.
This workout will challenge your strength and endurance with a mix of kettlebell movements in an EMOM format. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper technique throughout the workout.
