EMOM Skill Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • Even Minutes: 5 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: Men - 24kg, Women - 16kg


Instructions:
- Complete 10 Kettlebell Swings at the start of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute.
- Complete 5 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (each arm) at the start of each even minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute.
- Continue this pattern for a total of 20 minutes.
