  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Push Press
  • 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (10 each arm)
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)

Kettlebell: 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
