Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Kettlebell Goblet Squats
    2. Kettlebell Russian Swings
    3. Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (alternating arms)
    4. Kettlebell Deadlifts

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a weight that challenges you but allows for proper form.
Score: Total reps completed across all 4 movements.
Notes: Focus on proper form and full range of motion for each movement. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity.
