EMOM Weightlifting KettlebellEMOM x 20:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings
- Even Minutes: 5 Kettlebell Clean and Press (each arm)
Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
Instructions: Perform the prescribed number of reps for each movement at the start of every minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain intensity and proper technique.
