AMRAP Weightlifting Kettlebell

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (5 each arm)
  • 10 Kettlebell Lunges (5 each leg)

Kettlebell Weight: Men: 24kg, Women: 16kg


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Keep good form throughout each movement to prevent injury. Rest as needed, but aim to keep a steady pace to maximize rounds completed. Have fun and push yourself to your limits!
