For Time Skill KettlebellFor Time:
- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- 30 Kettlebell Snatches (alternating arms)
- 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups
- 10 Kettlebell Lunges (per leg)
Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the workout.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Instructions: Each movement should be performed with proper technique to prevent injury. Rest as needed between movements, but aim to push through the workout without long breaks.
