AMRAP Weightlifting Kettlebell

AMRAP in 15 Minutes:


  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
  • 10 Kettlebell Lunges (each leg)

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout, especially when performing the kettlebell snatches. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the entire duration of the workout.
