Chipper: For Time:
- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 40 Goblet Squats
- 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
- 20 Kettlebell Lunges (10 each leg)
- 10 Turkish Get-ups (5 each side)


Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
Skill Focus: Focus on proper kettlebell technique throughout the workout to maximize efficiency and prevent injury.
Time Cap: 20 minutes.
