Tabata Weightlifting Kettlebell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Kettlebell Swings
    2. Kettlebell Goblet Squats
    3. Kettlebell Russian Twists
    4. Kettlebell Deadlifts

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout all rounds.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the 4 movements. Make sure to focus on proper technique and range of motion to get the most out of each round.
