  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Push Press (each arm)
  • 10 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
