AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 200 Meter Run
  • 15 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 200 Meter Run
  • 20 Russian Twists (each side)
  • 200 Meter Run

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg, Women 16kg


Instructions: Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Rest as needed, but aim to keep moving consistently throughout the workout. Push yourself on the runs to keep the intensity high.
