  • 15 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 200 Meter Run

Kettlebell Weight: Men (24kg), Women (16kg)


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes. Run 200 meters after each round of kettlebell movements. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to move quickly through each round.
