Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:
- 10 Kettlebell Swings
- 10 Burpees


Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg
Time Cap: 20 minutes


Instructions: Perform 10 kettlebell swings and 10 burpees at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust kettlebell weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
