Tabata Cardio Kettlebell

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Kettlebell Swings
- 10 seconds of rest


Kettlebell Weight: Choose a weight that allows you to swing with proper form for the entire 20 seconds.


Instructions: Perform as many Kettlebell Swings as possible in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining a strong hip hinge and using your hips to power the swing.
