EMOM Weightlifting Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Kettlebell Swings
- 5 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- 5 Kettlebell Push Press


Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg


Instructions: Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
