AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 5 Hang Power Cleans
  • 5 Front Squats
  • 5 Shoulder to Overhead

Barbell: #135 / #95


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible of the 4 movements in 20 minutes. The weight should be challenging but allow for unbroken sets in the beginning. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
