Tabata Strength Barbell

Tabata:
- 20 seconds of Barbell Back Squats
- 10 seconds of rest
- 20 seconds of Barbell Deadlifts
- 10 seconds of rest


Equipment:
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of the Tabata protocol, alternating between back squats and deadlifts. Use a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire 20 seconds of work. Rest for 1 minute between each Tabata interval. Keep track of your total reps for each movement and try to maintain or increase your work output throughout the workout.
