AMRAP Weightlifting RigAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
- 20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 deadlifts, 15 box jumps, and 20 kettlebell swings. Scale the weight and height of the box as needed. Push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire 15 minutes.
