AMRAP Weightlifting BenchAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
- 15 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
Equipment: Bench, Barbell, Box
Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of the prescribed reps for each movement. Make sure to choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the entire duration of the AMRAP.
