AMRAP Strength Bench

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press
  • 15 Burpees
  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 25 Air Squats

Equipment:
- Bench
- Time Cap: 20 minutes


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, moving through the exercises with proper form and intensity. Rest as needed, but aim to keep a steady pace throughout the workout. Adjust the weight on the bench press as needed to maintain proper technique.
