AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 15 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Notes:
- Choose a weight for the bench press that allows you to complete the 5 reps unbroken for at least the first few rounds.
- Scale box height and wall ball weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
